This whole month so far has been one of dealing with conflict and drama, and that theme returns today as we are being asked to seek clarity by releasing our emotions and personal attachment to the current situation.
The angels say, "Take the day off! Let your conflict and hurt feelings go for now! Seek out quiet places where you can find peace for a while. When you take a step back from the current situation, you will gain valuable clarity and perspective."
The Ego loves to dredge up past hurts and relive them over and over again, keeping conflict and drama going for as long as possible. Today, Spirit asks us to let go of this self-destructive behavior so that we can begin to heal and move on with our lives.

Apophyllite is a potassium-calcium fluoride-silicate mineral from the family of phyllosilicates. It is structurally related to the zeolite family of minerals and commonly found with zeolites in basalt, granite, and gneiss formations. Like the zeolites, apophyllite has high water content and therefore, good energy conducting properties. Apophyllite forms cubic or pyramidal crystals that can either be transparent or opaque. The color ranges from white, green, yellow to peach. There are also colorless forms. The name apophyllite is derived from the Greek word apophylliso which means "it flakes off". When heated, apophyllite loses its water and begins to flake.
Apophyllite stones have a high vibration that will raise your spirits, and spiritually energize your being. they stimulate your pineal gland and help to open you up to spiritual awakening by infusing your light-body with high vibration energy. (Source)

This piece does remarkable energy work and is great to use during meditation. It can help one to connect to higher plains, bringing new wisdom through the subconscious. It can also help one to connect with your spirit guide/s.
