Today we are being given the strong message that now is the time to CREATE! If you have been dreaming about writing a book, teaching a class, painting, drawing, dancing, or any other form of creative expression, it is high time you made a space in your life to explore your dreams and passions.
The angels remind me that when we indulge in our creative ideas and impulses, we are giving voice to our Divine Spirit. They say, "It is of vital importance that you allow yourself to express your creativity in ways that you enjoy. This gives voice to your Spirit and allows it to grow and explore. It connects you more closely to the Creator and the Universe and opens you up to Divine guidance and inspiration."
Allowing the space and time in your life to create may involve making some changes to your schedule and habits, and may even require that you relocate to a place where you can seek out further training or even become employed as an artist. The angels want you to know that whatever situation you are in, and whatever stage of the creative process you find yourself at, that they are with you supporting you, guiding you, inspiring you and cheering you on!

Just like your physical body, your Spiritual body requires care and maintenance. However, the Ego will discourage you from taking the time to nurture and care for your Spirit, calling it silly, stupid, or impractical. The Ego only wants to spend time on things that it thinks will create an immediate, tangible change in its world. When you are conflicted about spending time on meditation and feel like you should be doing something "important," this is your Ego talking!
The angels are asking you to pay special attention to the thoughts and feelings you have when you think about doing something that would nurture your spirit such as practicing yoga or meditation, working on positive visualizations or practicing affirmations, taking spiritually-based classes or reading spiritual books. Do you feel like you are wasting your time? Do you feel silly or foolish? Do you hope that no one in your immediate circle of friends and family will find out? This is a sign that your spirit has been critically neglected and it is high time to right this situation!
Take some time today and think about what would really nurture your Spirit right now. If you're not sure - ask it! Simply find a quiet place where you can be alone and undisturbed for a few moments and ask your spirit, "What would make you happy today?" or "What would you like to do today?" Listen closely, but do not strain. Try to relax and allow the answer to float into your mind. Usually, the first thing that you think is the right answer. If you find yourself feeling silly or stupid or as though you are wasting your time, simply take a deep breath, center yourself, and try again.
