Today we are being asked to take a look at some difficulty or conflict we are facing in our current lives. The angels say, "Take a step back from your hurt and anger. Make space for YOU. Get perspective on the situation and refrain from gossiping, complaining, or indulging in negative emotions as this will only call more negativity into your life."
Try to remember that the behavior of others has little or nothing to do with you and everything to do with THEM. Do your best not to hold on to grudges or offense.
If others seek to draw you into conflict and drama today, the angels say that you need to set firm boundaries and take a step back. Remind yourself of this powerful statement - "Not my circus. Not my monkeys."

Aquamarine evokes the purity of crystalline waters, and the exhilaration and relaxation of the sea. It is calming, soothing, and cleansing, and inspires truth, trust and letting go. In ancient lore, Aquamarine was believed to be the treasure of mermaids, and was used by sailors as a talisman of good luck, fearlessness and protection. It was also considered a stone of eternal youth and happiness. Today it protects all who travel by, over, or near water, and opens the channels of clear and heartfelt communication.

Aquamarine is a “Stone of Courage and Protection”. Used often with the Throat Chakra, Aquamarine can be used to promote verbal self-expression. It is often used to enhance spiritual communication and clear communication blocks. Aquamarine is also used to align all of the chakras and enhance the aura. The metaphysical properties of Aquamarine make it an excellent stone for the spiritual initiate.
~*~ Take No Offense ~*~
The Ego is a strange creature. It both views itself as completely separated from every other being in the Universe and as the center of the Universe. Nothing is ever a coincidence. The behaviors of others are always on purpose. That stranger on the subway bumped into you on purpose! Your spouse knew how much not doing the dishes would upset you! It rained today because the Universe is picking on you! Why does everything bad always happen to you?!?
This card comes to you as a reminder that the the behaviors of others very rarely have anything to do with us. Sure, sometimes people do mean or hurtful things for the purpose of being hurtful, but this is the exception and not the rule. In reality, most of us live most of our lives in a little bubble with ourselves as the complete and sole focus.
So, jsut for today, try to take a step back from your anger, upset, offense, and hurt feelings. Take a deep breath and try to see the world as a casual observer. Try to examine each situation you encounter as though you weren't the center of the Universe. Realize that most of what happens around you has absolutely nothing to do with you!
~*~ Retreat ~*~
Sometimes the best thing you can do in the face of drama and conflict is retreat. This card comes to us from our Guardian Angels asking us to let go of our need to be involved in drama. If someone tries to draw you into their drama, or you feel yourself getting sucked back into an old conflict, the angels ask you to take a deep breath and take a step back. Instead, take some time to be alone to sort out your feelings, to rest, replenish, and most of all to heal.
